Metodología para conseguir el primer pedido internacional
Nuestro objetivo es conseguir el primer pedido internacional con una metodología práctica y reproducible: diseñamos pilotos comerciales controlados que permiten validar canal, precio y operativa antes de escalar. Nuestro enfoque combina diagnóstico estratégico, prospección cualificada, ejecución operativa (muestras y logística) y negociación comercial, con reporting continuo y un playbook final para replicar el éxito. El objetivo es acelerar el primer pedido internacional con un proceso claro y medible.

Brief and diagnosis (Day 0-7)
What we do
- Kickoff meeting (60 min) to define objectives, priorities and product/s SKU/s.
- Documentation review: data sheet, photos, labeling, EXW/FOB price, production capacities and MOQs.
- Quick market analysis and definition of target buyer persona (channel: gourmet retail, horeca, Hispanic, ecommerce).
Deliverables
- Briefing document and objectives
- Checklist of required documentation.
- Initial roadmap and pilot KPIs.

Preparation and materials (Day 3-14)
What we do
- Translation/adaptation of commercial materials EN/ES (product sheet, brochure, presentation).
- Definition of sample pack (kit): contents, packaging, provisional labeling and quantity per kit.
- Estimated landed cost calculation (tariffs, 3PL, courier) and target pricing proposal.
Deliverables
- Product sheet EN/ES and commercial dossier.
- Proposal template and term sheet for distributors.
- Landed cost estimate per SKU.

Prospecting and shortlisting (Sem. 2-4)
What we do
- Search and initial contact to target distributors/importers (minimum target: 30 leads, minimum shortlist 3 per market).
- Lead qualification (BANT/CHAMP) and prioritization
- Coordination of meetings with pre-qualified leads.
Deliverables
- Shortlist of distributors (min. 3) with scoring and grades.
- Calendar of confirmed meetings.

Sample shipment and negotiation (Sem. 4-10)
What we do
- Conducting online meetings with distributors (support in presentations and negotiation).
- Sample logistics management: reception at 3PL (Miami), quality control, shipping and tracking.
- Follow-up of feedback (price, packaging, regulatory requirements) and adjustment of commercial proposal.
- Support in term sheet and conditions (MOQ, prices, terms, payment).
Deliverables
- Minutes of each meeting and record of feedback per SKU.
- Tracking of shipments and confirmation of receipt.
- Negotiated draft term sheet.

Closing, final report and playbook (Sem. 8-12)
What we do
- Follow-up until closing or LOI; support in closing conditions.
- Consolidation of learning: packaging, pricing, channels and improvement actions.
- Delivery of replicable playbook and recommendations for scaling.
Deliverables
- Final report (insights, recommended adjustments, contacts, term sheets).
- Playbook operational to replicate entry into other markets.
- KPI dashboard and financial summary of the pilot.
