How much does a pilot cost? 

Typical models: retainer + commission (e.g., retainer $2,000 + 8–12% commission), fixed fee, or pure commission. We tailor proposals per product and market.

 
What documents do you need to start? 

 Product sheet, suggested labeling, EXW/FOB prices, quality certificates (if any) and product photos.

 
How long until results?  

— Target: 1–3 months for meetings; 3–6 months to secure first order depending on market and channel.

 
Do you handle logistics? 

Yes: we coordinate 3PL in Miami, sample shipments and customs procedures.
